A nonprofit geared toward providing resources and inspiration in guiding the future young adult workforce in the trades. This would be specifically geared towards career path choices that would provide specialty trades for local residence to get plugged into to receive mentorship and guidance to attain the skills in a specific trade. The desire would be to encourage them to get plugged into the local industry and contribute to the community economy, growth, and sustainability through opportunities to partner and potentially start and or grow necessary skilled trade businesses from within. This would then help build our local economy to be independent, resourceful, and successful at developing our local infrastructure and economies, and create sustainability from within.

Applicants would find the opportunity to be mentored and taught a trade based on their interests and abilities, as well as their passions and proclivities.

Members of this nonprofit would consist of licensed professionals who have a heart for the future of the islands, local, workforce talent, and an interest in supporting and promoting growth from within to promote longevity and sustainability to support our infrastructure and both commercial and residential spheres.
